Al Qalam Academy proudly presents its Short-Term Hifz-ul-Qur’an Program, designed to help intelligent, dedicated, and capable students complete the memorization of the Holy Qur’an in a structured, nurturing, and spiritually uplifting environment.
Our goal is to nurture a generation deeply connected to the Qur’an — in both words and actions.
Program Overview
Duration:
Minimum 6 months to a maximum of 2 years (depending on each student’s pace, ability, and consistency).
Weekly Schedule:
Five days a week – Sunday to Thursday
(A balanced schedule for memorization, learning, and revision)
Daily Timings:
– Full-time Option: 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM
– After-School Option: 3:30 PM – 8:00 PM
(Students may choose the option best suited to their schedule and commitment)

– Currently Active: Dafna Branch, Al-Thumama (new branch)

– Qur’an memorization and revision
– Daily prayers and supplications
– Rest, sleep, and meal breaks
– Sports and physical activities
– Moral and spiritual development sessions

Eligibility Criteria
– Age: 6 to 18 years
– Fluent Qur’an recitation with Tajweed (otherwise, enrollment begins with Qaida/Recitation program)
– Intelligent, hardworking, and well-mannered
– Strong intention to complete Hifz
– Physically healthy
– Full adherence to Academy rules

– Admissions are open year-round (subject to seat availability)
– Initial 2-month trial period for every student
– Full-time schedule includes Hifz, rest, prayer, and recreation
– Parents may provide meals or use the Academy’s food service (extra fee)
– Dedicated rest period after Dhuhr prayer
– Official holidays only, as per the Qatar Government calendar
– Parental involvement is essential for student success
Admission Policy
– Year-round admissions (based on availability)
– Online applications only
– Provisional admission after Qur’an assessment and interview
– Final admission after successful 2-month trial
– Parents must sign a written agreement to Academy rules
